How to di convert a non electric fencing saber into an electric one?

I am abotu to start fencing saber in a few weeks and i saw a non electric saber and parts to convert it into an electric saber, this was cheaper but i dotn know how to do it, anyone know how?|||Ask at your fencing school,.
