I would really like to get into rapier sword fighting. What type of fencing would be ideal?

I already have a rapier and now I would like to know what particular type of fencing would be the most helpful.|||The Historical European Martial Arts Alliance has a list of schools and study groups. Not all of these include rapier, and not all groups are listed. If you said roughly where you are (nearest city of any size), I might be able to find a group near you.

The other option is the Society for Creative Anachronism, a medieval/renaissance recreation group with chapters in many parts of North America, Europe, and Australia. They do everything from clothing to cheesemaking to fighting arts. Rapier in the SCA is more of a combat sport than a full martial art, but there is likely to be a group near you.

http://www.sca.org|||the 3 traditional types of fencing swords are saber, epee and foil. The closest to rapier would be epee. However its not all that hard to find rapier fencing lessons
