What is the smallest size pool that requires fencing in nsw?
i want to get an 8 foot pool for summer but am renting so cant fence it. = ( dont mind going smaller but dont really want to end up with a wading pool lol
|||It's not the size of the pool but rather the depth of the water that determines if it requires a fence. Check with your local municipality for regulations.|||all pools that are permanent need a 5 ft fence around the property.even tho its an 8footer it is still under the same rules as a 24 footer. a pool is a pool. you should check your local town codes and get a co so you can add it to your homeowners policy.dont try doin a triple lindy lol|||Check with your building department.
