The Fencing Post (thefencingpost.com) has an ad that says they do stenciling but there's not a direct link to order it. Call them at the 800# on their site and I'm sure they'll be happy to provide details.

You can also contact your preferred vendor and ask them about stenciling. The above list is hardly all-inclusive as obviously I'm not going to go hit every fencing vendor's site there is! Plus not all sites have a search function (or like Fencing Post, the search function didn't turn up any results for "stencil" or "name" but their header image indicates stenciling is available).
