I've been using my running shoes for fencing and recently my friend told me i should buy fencing shoes. Do I have to? What are some good fencing shoes? And i've heard volleyball and tennis shoes work well to.|||Ideally, you should wear shoes that are intended for fencing, but to me I don't really have to because I'm not comfortable wearing fencing shoes. What I normally wear is a minimalist shoes, particulary Kigo Shel. It's actually designed for running and used as an aqua shoes because of its light weight and good cushion support. So far, so great. I've never had any problem at all and I love it. Highly recommended.
