Does fencing work slow down in the winter?

I am in my first year of running my fencing business, i started in March to try and make the most of the summer. i have heard work is seasonal but i was wondering how you guys survive, is there work in the winter? if so how do you market differently?





Thanks!|||Work slows in the winter. I am not a contractor, but what I have heard is that people get laid off at that time and they either look for a different job or end up on unemployment. Hope that helps you.





Although....I suppose if you live in a place where the sun always shines, the situation would be different! LOL!
