How to train to join the fencing team at my high school?
Although I'm fit, I usually don't exercise excessively on a daily basis. I want to join my Fencing Team this year. What type of training should I do to get ready for fencing? What should I be doing if I want to prepare for the training I will receive at fencing practice? How can I begin train for this year? I want specific exercises and tips please. Thanks!|||I would reccomend skipping, this will improve stamina and speed. Also get a squash ball, put it on a string and lounge and try to hit it and join a club outside of your high school if you are serious about it.
